Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), MastiMahal will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to any other reason (such as change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be in original packaging and condition with proof of purchase.

You can expect to receive your refund within approximately 2 to 3 weeks after sending your package back. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return (3 to 7 business days), the time we take to inspect and process it (2 to 4 business days), and the time your bank or payment provider takes to complete the refund (5 to 10 business days).

To start a return, contact us at mastimahal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and notify you by email once your returned item has been received and your refund has been processed.

Shipping

We currently ship to most locations within Pakistan. Some products may have delivery restrictions based on size, weight, or destination.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be shown based on product availability and your delivery location. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used.

Please note that shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of items. According to courier company policies, package weights may be rounded up to the next full unit for pricing purposes.
